Abstract

1.Service to humanity is service to divinity.
2.Giving and sharing are acts of divinity which grows spirituality.
3.At level of Satva (godliness), there is region of conflicts.
4.There are conflicts between duty and ethics or other duty.
5.To resolve conflicts one needs to recognize non-action.
6.Non-action is relaxation, deep sleep and inner silence.
7.Work in detached manner with relaxation.
8.Maintain objectivity & equanimity through out performance of action.
9.Keep inner layer of mind in silence and outer layer in activity.
10.Then remove all deeper obsessions and phobias. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with smile.

Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
