Abstract
.Karma Yoga is developing proper attitude to perform action.
.We need to recognize our three qualities; Tamas (lethargy), Rajas (go-getter attitude) and Satva (Godliness).
.Use Rajas to shatter Tamas and use Satva to control Rajas.
.Everyday do five good works for helping and serving others.
.If you can’t give anything, give a smile to others.
.Karma Yoga is moving from qualities to Gunatith Sthithi (equanimity).
.Recognize non-action i.e. sleep and inner silence to solve conflicts.
.Work in detached manner with relaxation. Maintain awareness through out.
.Keep inner layer of mind in silence and outer layer in activity.
.Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with smile.
