Abstract

.Karma Yoga is converting every action into yoga.
.We need to recognize our three qualities; Tamas, Rajas and Satva.
.Tamas is laziness and drowsiness.
.Rajas is selfishness i.e. working for fame and wealth.
.Satva is godliness which implies working for others, nation and world peace.
.Satvic person rises higher, Rajasic stays at middle level and Tamasic person comes down.
.Resolve to reduce Tamas or Rajas and increase Satva.
.At Satva level, there are conflicts between duty and ethics.
.Recognize non-action i.e. sleep and inner silence to solve conflicts.
.Wisdom is to see action in non-action and non-action in action. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with smile.
