Abstract

1.Relax your whole body and mind.
2.Attune to beautiful atmosphere in morning.
3.Observe inner silence and chant ‘Aum’.
4.Deep silence is golden, it expresses feeling of heart.
5.Silence is most powerful way of non-verbal communication.
6.Prayers work and blessing come down.
7.Tomorrow we will celebrate ‘Janmashtami’.
8.It is festival on celebration of birthday of lord Krishna.
9.Read beautiful poems describing childhood of Sri Krishna.
