Abstract

.Jnana Yoga is path of intellect to transcend intellect.
.Reading, listening or browsing are first steps in Jnana Yoga.
.Second step is to understand truth. For that we must question.
.We should change to be better day by day.
.In Nidhiyasana, we search inside by asking ‘who am I?’
.We search for the root from where the thoughts arise.
.We find the gap between two thought is silence. There is ocean or field of silence from which thought arises.
.When silence is reached, we feel happiness or infinite bliss.
.Contemplation culminates to enlightenment. Suddenly, mind jumps to higher level of knowledge or consciousness.
.Let’s meditate with beautiful smile and maintain the inner silence throughout the day.
