Abstract

1.Friends…Yoga is using tools of mind, body, heart and intellect properly with purpose of peace.
2.When mind and heart is used with love, it is Bhakti Yoga.
3.When body is used properly for benefits of others, it is Karma Yoga.
4.When intellect is used properly for finding truth, it is Jnana Yoga.
5.Combination of Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga & Karma Yoga is Raj Yoga.
6.Everything in universe or our body is engaged in action.
7.Everything in world keeps changing.
8.Each thing or action is combination of good or bad.
9.Ego changes divine love into lust, anger, jealousy, delusion, hatred and greed.
10.Removal of ego brings out divine love and truth is realized to make us free from suffering. Let’s meditate on smiling face of Sri Krishna.



Prof K. Subramanyam PhD
Dean, Division of Yoga and Humanities, has a specialization in English Literature (American and lndo-Anglian as optionals) and Philosophy (Gandhian Philosophy - optional). He is presently the Honorary Adviser, Vivekananda College, Tiruvekadam, Madurai District. He has been a Member, NAAC peer team. He has authored 14 books on various topics including books on Education. He has presented and published a large number of papers on socially relevant and spiritual topics. He is a prolific speaker with an ability to weave magic with his words, with a capacity to talk to people at all levels.
