Abstract

1. Relax your whole body and mind.
2. Attune to beautiful atmosphere of the morning.
3. Listen to chirping of the birds.
4. When nothing works, prayer work.
5. Prayer connects us to divine and gives egoless state of mind.
6. Great masters are innocent like child rather than childish.
7. Silence is best prayer. Silence is golden.
8. Truth is never corrupted.
9. Aa, Uu & Ma – Kara chanting works respectively on nervousness, heart and face.
10. Aum gives vibrations in complete body. Aum is our own state of pure consciousness.
