Abstract

.Raj yoga is path of will power to reach Moksha (state of knowledge, freedom, power and bliss).
.Bhakti Yoga is path of devotion which transforms lust into selfless love.
.Jnana Yoga is path of intellect to attain Moksha.
.Karma Yoga is path of action. It talks about two layers of mind: inner layer is kept in deep silence and outer layer is kept in action.
.All these ways have same goal.
.In Raj Yoga, we use austerity to know difference between body and ‘Atman’ (soul).
.Mind is source of consciousness in our body.
.Uncontrolled speed of mind creates health problems.
.All practices of Yoga reduce speed of mind.
.Control over mind helps to reach deep silence and bliss and merge into our soul.
