Abstract
.Jnana Yoga is seeking knowledge of our own blissful soul.
.Listening, studying, analyzing and experimentation are steps in realization of soul.
.In Bhagavad Geeta, Lord Krishna has wonderfully described ‘Atman’ or soul. Soul is something which can not be killed. A body can be killed.
.It can not be cut by weapons. It can not be burn by fire.
.It can not be born and never dies. It is eternal, all pervading and infinite.
.That is our home or original state. We call it sweet home.
.In this world, every thing keeps changing including our mind and body.
.We move from changing thing to something that is unchanging.
.Meditation helps to reach our soul by knowing pattern of mind: thought...silence…thought.
.Silence is that blissful state of mind. Let’s spread the fragrance of love.
