Abstract
1.Friends…….Yoga way of life is free from problems.
2.There are emotional, intellectual and physical problem.
3.Emotional and intellectual problems are called ‘Aadhi’.
4.Physical problem i.e. sickness is called ‘Vyadhi’.
5.Yoga way of life is peaceful. Every problem has its solutions.
6.Enlightened, yogic and loving outlook solves problem.
7.Investigating or solving problem with mind is Jnana Yoga. It concludes, ‘God is truth’.
8.Investigating or solving problem with heart is Bhakti Yoga. It concludes, ‘God is love’.
9.Investigating or solving problem with body is Karma Yoga. It concludes, ‘God is service’.
10.Combination of all these is Raj Yoga. Let’s meditate on smiling face of Lord Krishna.

Dean, Division of Yoga and Humanities, has a specialization in English Literature
(American and lndo-Anglian as optionals) and Philosophy (Gandhian Philosophy - optional). He is presently
the Honorary Adviser, Vivekananda College, Tiruvekadam, Madurai District. He has been a Member, NAAC peer team.
He has authored 14 books on various topics including books on Education. He has presented and published a large
number of papers on socially relevant and spiritual topics. He is a prolific speaker with an ability to weave
magic with his words, with a capacity to talk to people at all levels.
