Abstract

1.All path of Yoga have same goal i.e. absolute freedom.
2.There are bondages of mind, intellect, emotions, cycles of birth and death.
3.How to overcome these bondages?
4.Reducing ego is one step towards divinity.
5.Relinquishing desire for certain recognition raises you to higher level.
6.There quantum jump in Jnana Yoga to Samadhi.
7.Nidhiyasana i.e. contemplation and meditation is key to Samadhi. Samadhi is eternal bliss.
8.Happiness analysis concludes that happiness is inner silence.
9.Bliss is received by expansive awareness about sky and ocean.
10.Glimpse of infinite knowledge come from inner awareness and silence. Let’s meditate and spread the beautiful fragrance of love and bliss.

Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
