Abstract

1.All streams of yoga aims at freedom from all diseases and bondages.
2.Jnana Yoga is most powerful yoga among all because Jnani (a learned person) is free.
3.Sravana (listening) is first step in Jnana Yoga. Next, Manana (understanding) comes by questioning to suitable teacher.
4.Practicing the truth in knowledge helps to retain it. Slow and steady wins race rather than lethargic.
5.Nidhiyasana (Practicing) is final step in Jnana Yoga.
6.With synergy or working together we can reach our goal.
7.One person cannot attain certain goal but all together can do that.
8.Jnana Yoga shatters all ignorance, ego and jealousy by wisdom.
9.Then we reach to divinity which full of power, freedom, bliss and knowledge.
10.Let’s meditate with smile to bring peace harmony.

Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
