Abstract

.Friends…Yoga helps to maintain peace and cheerfulness.
.There may calmness before storm. Trees are quiet & wind is steady.
.Such outer calmness or artificial calmness by practicing smile is deceiving one self.
.Yoga is maintaining inner calmness. How?
.When mind is attuned to absolute and relative truth, we are peaceful.
.Nothing is inauspicious. Mind should be trained to see good in everything.
.Everything is beautiful. Mind should be trained in seeing natural, spiritual, scientific, intellectual, external or intrinsic beauty.
.‘Satyam Shivam Sunderam’ means ‘seeing truthfulness, auspiciousness & beauty everywhere gives peace’.
.When you want peace of mind find fault in none.
.Like eco sound in caves, when give goods words, those returns; society returns whatever you give. Give love to society. Now we meditate in smiling face of lord Krishna.
