Abstract

1.Non-violence means we should not hurt any creature.
2.We should not hurt any person by talks or deeds or thoughts.
3.Keep thoughts away from violent emotions like anger and jealousy.
4.Overcome negative emotions by positive emotions like love.
5.Lotus of love blossoms at lake of peace.
6.Silence is to be maintained within and outside.
7.Yoga courses provide training for peace with silence.
8.Be yoga instructor to yoga teacher and yoga teacher to yoga master.
9.Yoga asanas like Pranayama gives positive vibrations.
10.Yoga makes us calm and gentle.
