Abstract
1.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (good morning and welcome)…
2.Jnana Yoga is path of intellect. It involves listening, studying, analyzing and experimenting.
3.We try to attain highest knowledge after which nothing remains to be known.
4.Jnana Yoga is transformation from small knowledge base to expanded infinite knowledge. Such knowledge givesfreedom from bondages of mind and diseases.
5.Stress is bondage of mind due uncontrolled speed of thoughts. It confuses us and affects immune system. JnanaYoga reduces stress.
6.Questioning again and again helps to understand. It opens up mind.
7.Practicing theory with surrender increases knowledge. Experimentation helps realize, what is told is right.
8.A state of ‘Sthithi Prajna’ is reached when all actions are performed with knowledge.
9.It is state of tranquility and equanimity. In this stage, calmness and concentration of mind are like twowings. Both go hand in hand.
10.The end of this journey is merging with divinity. This final stage is called ‘Moksha’ or ‘Nirvana’. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.
