Abstract

.Jnana Yoga is path of intellect. It involves listening, studying, analyzing and experimenting.
.In modern science, each matter is made up of packets of energy as per Quantum Mechanics.
.Human body is made up of cells, organs and molecules. Intellect and emotions are functions of centers in brain.
.All cells and molecules in body are governed by Prana (consciousness).
.Everyday, millions of cells are being created, sustained and destroyed in our body. Trillions of activity goes on these cells. Birth, life and death of body continue.
.Whole world keeps changing. Our original state does not change.
.That is ‘Atman’ (soul) or Prana. Physical world is ‘Maya’ (illusion).
.Only pure consciousness exists forever. We can call it as reality, god or Brahma Nirvana.
.Experimentation will give knowledge i.e. called self-realization.
.Three thousand cases of rebirth prove there exist something after death. That is consciousness. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.
