Abstract

.Lord Vishnu said to Pralhada, ’I can’t give you peace of mind, you have to help yourself.’
.One has to help himself to grow. ‘Atmanev Atmanah Bandhuh’ means one is good friend of himself.
.While doing Yoga, you can only help yourself to loosen your muscle and relax.
.Peace can not be sold in market. You have to be peaceful by yourself.
.Planting weed will not give you rose flower.
.Don’t be bad to world; you will get bad things in return.
.Whenever you are angry, you are hurting yourself.
.Don’t abuse anyone. Don’t deceive others.
.Because if you keep yourself neutral, you might be negative. Be positive.
.Respect yourself; don’t hurt yourself then only you will respect others. See divinity in others. Let the peace lead the power through Yoga.
