Abstract

1.Let’s meditate & relax. Expand your self. Get cosmic awareness.
2.Don’t be depressed in sadness and excited in happiness.
3.Fear, anger and hatred reduce life.
4.Fear causes excess of stress. Stress causes diseases.
5.Stress is reduced by controlling the mind.
6.By constant practice of Yoga, we can control our mind.
7.Yoga like sabasasana helps to reduce tightness of muscle.
8.Chanting Aa, Uu, Ma and Aum produces sound vibrations in our body.
9.Such sound vibrations give massage to the body.
10.Feel the positive vibrations. Enjoy the deep silence.
