.Upanishads and Bhagavad Gita give entire dimensions of Jnana Yoga.
.Questioning to the teacher is important part of the Jnana Yoga.
.How silence can give happiness?
.Happiness is not in object of sense pleasure. As happiness declines with having more of it.
.We might get happiness in absorbing concentration e.g. watching a movie. However, longer duration of absorbing concentration might give fatigue.
.While analyzing deeply, we find that it is not object which give happiness. A bite of tasty food vanish our thoughts.
.Similarly, watching the ocean gives you thoughtless state and expansiveness. Thus, it is inner silence which gives happiness.
