Abstract

.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning and welcome)
.All 4 paths of Yoga; Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Karma Yoga and Raj Yoga lead to same goal i.e. Moksha.
.The Jnana Yoga is the path of intellect.
.It is studying, questioning and understanding the nature.
.Only by reading one can be great scholar or Professor. It is experimentation which gives knowledge.
.Just learning Asana doesn’t help. Theory and practice go hand in hand.
.Happiness analysis is not about getting thrill and excitement.
.It is going deeper in the mind and understands from where happiness comes. Happiness comes from silence of mind.
.Focusing and concentration are opposite. Concentration is speeding up thoughts whereas focusing is having single thought like Om.
.Let’s meditate with beautiful smile on the face.
