.Genius and sharp mind deepens intellect and takes you to higher level of Moksha.
.Questioning is important quality of students practicing Jnana Yoga. Good teacher encourages questions.
.‘How prana comes and functions in body?’
.Prana is basis of all creation. It is any source of energy.
.Prana comes from ‘Brahma / nirvana’ (universe) and it is all source of creation. It is source of consciousness.
.In Jnana Yoga, at later stages, subtle knowledge comes i.e. ‘Happiness comes from silence of mind.’
.You should get experience of silence of mind. Whatever, we have understood, we practice.
.We learn from where thoughts are emerging and going back like waves in ocean. It is silence. Let’s meditate.
