Mind and body are relaxed while practicing yoga. When stiffness is reduced body energy is conserved. At prana level, we need to balance prana. At Annamaya Kosa (physical level), we need vegetable food which is easily digestible. At manomaya kosa (intellectual level), we need low stress and anger to conserve our energy.Right knowledge, divine virtues, balanced diet and relaxed body helps to conserve our body energy.
