Abstract

Jnana Yoga, Bhakti Yoga then we come to Raja Yoga. On the other day we talked about the path of analysis, how we have to question and question, make our intellect very sharp and go to the very foundation of the thought itself; how we have to go beyond the Vignyanamaya Kosha in the Jnana Yoga. Yesterday we talked about the path of willpower, Raja Yoga or the Patanjali Yoga contained in the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali !!
