Abstract

1.At the end of sense pleasure, there is suffering more than pleasure.
2.Give up or limit the sense pleasure to avoid sufferings.
3.Tongue is sense organ for reporting taste and action (talking).
4.Don’t be harsh to someone or hurt some one by bad talks.
5.Avoid meaningless and unnecessary talks.
6.Speak softly or gently so that it helps others.
7.Be silent when you don’t have meaningful talks. Conserve energy.
8.Be with good friends to avoid bad thoughts.
9.Simplicity in wealth and humbleness in power help to avoid pride.
10.Even god are appreciated by some and criticized by others. Don’t put down yourself upon criticism of others.
