Abstract
1.Welcome to all of you in Maitri Milan session.
2.Devi Sampat (divine virtues) like love, magnanimity, compassion and pity conserves Prana (energy).
3.Asuri Sampat (demonic vices) like anger, hatred, jealousy and greed exhaust Prana.
4.Prana moves up, down, right, left or radically. Different movement of Prana has different impact on nervous system.
5.Upward Prana controls our good bad activity.
6.Left, right or alternative nostril breathing helps to slow down respiration.
7.In Nada Anusandhana, sound vibration is created while exhaling.
8.‘Aa’, ‘U’ ‘Ma’ or ‘Aum-kara’ chanting extend our exhalation three times.
9.It brings down and smoothen our respiratory rate.
10.Balanced Prana enhances good memory at deeper layers of it, to keep us divine.
