Abstract

1.Many of diseases called Aadhi have root cause in moral imbalance.
2.We have Asuri Sampat (demonic vices) and Devi Sampat (divine virtues).
3.Something which lifts you up or makes you free is good.
4.Where something which deteriorates you or brings diseases is bad.
5.Man is maker of his own destiny. Take responsibility of all your sufferings.
6.It means we can choose between good or bad.
7.Bhakti Yoga is transformation process done by culturing our emotions.
8.Divine virtues are love, magnanimity, mercy, sacrifice, etc.
9.Make a resolve to increase virtues and reduce vices.
10.Tune to infinite object like sky or ocean for getting bliss. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and spread the fragrance of love.

Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
