Abstract

1.Moksha is freedom from bondages of mind, intellect, emotions and body.
2.Education system deal with sharpening and speeding up of our mind.
3.It brings depression to many students.
4.Violent emotions like lust, greed, ego, hatred and jealousy give us ‘Adhi’ (illness from wrong deeds).
5.Bhakti Yoga gives tool for how to handle negative emotions.
6.First step is to recognize our ‘Asuri Sampat’ (bad qualities) and ‘Devi Sampat’ (good qualities).
7.Make a resolve to increase our good and bad qualities.
8.Love, magnanimity, sacrifice and service to nation are virtues which calm down mind.
9.Slowing down of mind is solution. Convert desire into sacrifice.
10 Give up ego, likes or dislikes and surrender to divine to reach Moksha. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.

Vice-chancellor of S-VYASA With his PhD in Mechanical Engineering, he was a NASA research assosiate and consultant at Harvard University before his interests turned to full-time involvement in human engineering and the search for ultimate Reality. His life mission is the scientific exploration of the subtle aspects of consciousness through yoga.He has 30 research papers in Engineering and 60 in Yoga.He has written more than 30 books on yoga.
