Abstract

1. Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam (Good morning and welcome)….
2. First phase in Karma Yoga is to move from Tamas (lethargic) to Rajas (go-getters).
3. Then we move from Rajas to Satva (Godliness).
4. In Second phase, at Satvic level of life, we face conflicts.
5. To reduce conflicts, we need to recognize Akarma (non-action).
6. Non-action is deep sleep and relaxation.
7. It is important and major part of our life. It is 50% of our life.
8. It rejuvenates you or refreshes you for next day.
9. Never take decision in anger. Do action (work) with calm mind, maturity and objectivity.
10. Attune to inner calmness of mind or bliss by being detached from result.
