Abstract

1.Bhakti Yoga is science of culturing emotion to attain freedom from bondages of mind, body and intellect.
2.Jnana Yoga is cognitional transformation by removing ignorance.
3.Bhakti Yoga recognizes two emotional traits: ‘Asuri Sampat’ (vices) and ‘Devi Sampat’ (divine virtues).
4.There are six vices which regarded as our enemies: Lust, anger, jealousy, hatred, infatuation, ego and greed.
5.Magnanimity, forgiveness, love, harmony, giving more, acceptance and tolerance are the grand qualities or divine virtues.
6.Brightness, forgiveness, stead fastness & honesty are also liberating virtues.
7.Ignorance is seeing unreal thing as real. Knowledge is seeing reality.
8.Divine virtues elevate and free you from bondages. Vices make you miserable, bring you down and bind you.
9.Make diary and note your vices and virtues. Resolve to reduce vices and increase virtues.
10.Let’s contemplate on these thoughts. Let’s meditate and spread fragrance of love, bliss and harmony.
