Abstract

1.Suprabhatam (Good Morning)…We all are different by Gunas (qualities) and Karmas (Profession).
2.There four stages of life called Ashrams. Brahmacharya (up to 25 years), Gruhastha (Marriage life), Vanprashtha (aging) and Sanyasa (retired life).
3.Learning, teaching, doing rituals, asking others to do rituals, giving charity, sharing and caring are duties of Brahmin.
4.Protection of nation is duty of Kshatriyas (soldiers and police force).
5.To increase level of wealth is duty of Vaishyas (business person).
6.To increase level of welfare and health is duty of shudra (service rendering person).
7.Avoid whimsical behavior and be righteous.
8.Faith, helping others & compassion are guiding principles of life.
9.Don’t hurt anyone as it is sin.
10.Let us meditate.
