Abstract
1.Friends…..There is more insist on rights than responsibilities.
2.Responsibilities and duties are more important as per religion.
3.Being truthful is part of yoga.
4.What we think, we must be able to speak. What we speak, we must be able to execute.
5.That consistency within and outside is truthfulness.
6.In Ramayana, Dashratha was cursed to long for his son and die as he has killed Sravana by mistake.
7.The curse made Rama to go for exile into forest.
8.As Dashratha had responsibilities towards kingdom, he could not join Rama.
9.Responsibilities are humanitarian whereas rights bring clashes.
10.Yoga is truthfulness and dutifulness. Let’s be peacefully useful. Let’s meditate on Lords Rama and Krishna.

(American and lndo-Anglian as optionals) and Philosophy (Gandhian Philosophy - optional). He is presently
the Honorary Adviser, Vivekananda College, Tiruvekadam, Madurai District. He has been a Member, NAAC peer team.
He has authored 14 books on various topics including books on Education. He has presented and published a large
number of papers on socially relevant and spiritual topics. He is a prolific speaker with an ability to weave
magic with his words, with a capacity to talk to people at all levels.
