Abstract

1.Relax the whole body. Attune to beautiful atmosphere of this morning.
2.Withdraw your consciousness from outside and get it within.
3.Let us resolve to maintain inner silence in all activities of the day.
4.We can undo all negativity of our childhood psychology with yoga.
5.Ideal body is soft like lotus flower as well as strong like diamond.
6.When you get angry, you punish yourself for others.
7.Cheerfulness and alertness are features of Yogi.
8.Yogi has open voice, eyes full of enthusiasm and strong immune system.
9.Tamas (lethargy) is weakness whereas Rajas (hyper) is restlessness. Satva (godliness) is well to do behavior i.e. eating, working and sleeping well.
10.Let’s merge into deep silence.
