Abstract

1.Relax your whole body & keep beautiful smile on the face.
2.Experience deep peace within.
3.Many times, communication does not require language at deeper level.
4.Witnessing to ones own mind helps to feel detached from mind.
5.When we analyze thoughts, we get peace of mind.
6.Yoga is science of being and art of living.
7.Yoga brings silence, maturity and self-control.
8.We have to overcome imbalance of Tamas (lethargic) and Rajas (active) to be Satvic (Godly).
9.Satvic person is free from attachment, full of enthusiasm, patience and equanimity.
10.Awaken sleep mind and calm down it. If you are silent, means you are happy with yourself. Be happy with yourself.
