Abstract
.On festival of Mahashivratri, we worship lord Shiva.
.Lord Shiva is always found in meditating posture.
.He is Yogeshwara.
.Anjaneya is reincarnation of lord Shiva.
.He is all pervasive. Whole universe is represented in his form.
.God Shiva has knowledge and he gives that knowledge through holy river Ganga.
.Nothing is permanent: name, fame, money & our own body will turn into ash.
.Thus we overcome our lust, greed and anger by worshipping him.
.He is ‘Ardhanareshar’ or ‘Gouri Shankar’ means his half part is goddess Parvati (his wife).
.We have God within us. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate on Lord Shiva.
