Abstract

.Welcome you all to Maitry Milan session.
.We all have demonic vices and divine qualities. The divine qualities give freedom.
.We all are born with divine qualities like love and compassion.
.When accident occurs our spontaneous reaction is to help the injured person. We naturally have divine qualities.
.Animals and plants also respond to love and compassion. If one animal is hurt, you can see compassion in the eyes of other.
.Demonic qualities are not spontaneous. It comes out of ego.
.Anger, hatred and jealousy come out of ego. We have ego because of ‘I’.
.We have nurtured the ‘I’ right from childhood. ‘I’ gives ego.
.Ego can be ‘Asmita’ (good ego) or ‘Ahankara’ (bad ego). In Bhakti Yoga, we sublimate our vices by reducing bad ego. Surrender yourself to divine.
.Practicing yoga helps to nurture good ego. Let’s nurture good ego.
