Abstract
.Bhakti Yoga is path of emotions. The goal of it is Moksha – is state of absolute freedom, bliss and power. It is our original state called as nirvana & Brahma.
.Moksha is called reality or consciousness or god.
.We all have ‘Asuri Sampat’ (demonic vices) and ‘Devi Sampat’ (divine virtues).
.Demonic vices are lust, anger, jealousy, greed, infatuation and hatred. Divine virtues are selfless service, charity, mercy, love and sacrifice. First, we need to recognize these qualities within us.
.We reduce demonic vices and increase divine virtues to attain higher levels. Why? Vices give more bondage of mind, body and intellect and causes diseases.
.Vices have more speed of thoughts, which become violent or grossified thoughts. Virtues have low speed of thoughts, which gives calmness or gentleness of the mind.
.Desire and selfishness becomes greed denoted by ‘everything for me’. Desire and sacrifice becomes love. Love is giving and giving. Ideal society is based on sacrifice and service.
.Mother love for child is most selfless love. Such love takes us to higher level.
.Love is giving without any expectations in return. Bhakti is devotion with love and surrender. Surrendering is giving up likes and dislikes.
.Then stage of seeing god or goddess comes. Finally, devotees merge with god in Samadhi & attain Moksha. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.
