Abstract
1.Friends...Physical health is one factor and cheerfulness is other factor.
2.Swami Vivekananda was mischievous young boy. He had grown as a Yogi.
3.He attained his glory while addressing parliament of religion.
4.He was comfortable, efficient and skillful in many activities.
5.Yoga gives such peacefulness and comforts.
6.‘Yogasah Karmasu Koushalam’ it means yoga is efficiency in work.
7.A child does not know his competence or potentials.
8.We are unconscious and ignorant initially.
9.In second stage, we become conscious about our competence and others’ competence.
10.Finally, we attain unconscious competence and efficiency in work. Let’s grow with this enlighten and meditate on smiling face of Lord Krishna.

Dean, Division of Yoga and Humanities, has a specialization in English Literature
(American and lndo-Anglian as optionals) and Philosophy (Gandhian Philosophy - optional). He is presently
the Honorary Adviser, Vivekananda College, Tiruvekadam, Madurai District. He has been a Member, NAAC peer team.
He has authored 14 books on various topics including books on Education. He has presented and published a large
number of papers on socially relevant and spiritual topics. He is a prolific speaker with an ability to weave
magic with his words, with a capacity to talk to people at all levels.
