Abstract

1.Friends…if heart is not overflowing with love, there is deficiency in your heart.
2.If mind is not overflowing with knowledge, there is deficiency in mind.
3.Love passes through look, touch and voice.
4.Body, mind and heart have limitations.
5.These limitations are to be removed through Raja Yoga.
6.Please improve yourself.
7.Improving brain is Jnana Yoga.
8.Discipline, Principles, Yoga Asanas, Ethical Values, Discrimination, Earning and spending well, etc. give Samadhi i.e. state of transcendental bliss.
9.Love and knowledge is everywhere.
10.Nothing is stagnant. Cosmic body is infinite and ever changing. Let’s meditate.

Prof K Subramanyam PhD

Dean, Division of Yoga and Humanities, has a specialization in English Literature (American and lndo-Anglian as optionals) and Philosophy (Gandhian Philosophy - optional). He is presently the Honorary Adviser, Vivekananda College, Tiruvekadam, Madurai District. He has been a Member, NAAC peer team. He has authored 14 books on various topics including books on Education. He has presented and published a large number of papers on socially relevant and spiritual topics. He is a prolific speaker with an ability to weave magic with his words, with a capacity to talk to people at all levels.
