Abstract
1.Friends………..Sri Ramakrishna School of thoughts believes in synthesis.
2.It is learning from all streams of Yoga and mixed it in better way.
3.Each one of us has his own requirement. Therefore, no teacher propagates only one path of yoga. Raja Yoga is combination of all yogas.
4.Every human being has mind, body and heart.
5.Love is a basic feeling. Invariably, every one loves life.
6.Body is to be trained and feelings are to be diverted towards divinity.
7.Vedas are treasure of knowledge and Upanishads are derived from Vedas. All the knowledge of Upanishads is narrated in Bhagavad Gita.
8.Bhagavad Gita is explained in epic ‘Mahabharata’.
9.In ancient times, rishis were the great researchers. Most famous research work are Gayatri Mantra by Vishwa Mitra, Narada Bhakti sutra by Narada Maharishi, Yoga Vasista by Patanjali, Bhagavad Gita by Vyasa Maharishi, Arthashashtra by Kautilaya, etc.

the Honorary Adviser, Vivekananda College, Tiruvekadam, Madurai District. He has been a Member, NAAC peer team.
