Abstract
.Suprabhatam, Sushwagatam……(good morning and welcome)
.There is a wrong notion that without belief in god or going in temple we can’t practice Bhakti Yoga.
.Bhakti Yoga is path of purified emotions. It not provided in our education system.
.We can’t deal with our vices or negative emotions like anger, jealousy, hatred, etc. Those give bondages and diseases.
.‘Beyond blue’ is a plan to reduce depression among 35 per cent of teenagers in Australia.
.Therefore, we need to understand our virtues and vices. We have combination of both.
.Love, sacrifice, satisfaction, magnanimity, service to others, devotion, etc. are our virtues. Those virtues free us.
.Let’s resolve to increase our ‘Devi Sampat’ (virtues) and reduce our ‘Asuri Sampat’ (vices). E.g. I will increase my calmness. It is constant process of transformation that help us to ‘be and make’ free.
.Bhakti is surrender i.e. giving up likes and dislikes.
.It is selfless love like mother gives to child without expecting any help in return for old age. Similarly, a friend selflessly helps friend. Thus, with love and surrender, we consciously reach highest stage of freedom called Moksha. Let’s contemplate on these thoughts and meditate with beautiful smile.
