ABOUT LIBRARY:
SARASWATI LIBRARY started originally in the year 1986 and upgraded to the level of University Library in the year 2002 Currently it is located on the second floor of ANVESANA Building and having the different section namely, Reference section, Reading section, Journal section, Digital Library, SVYP publication section, Dissertation and Thesis Section CD-ROM, audio cassettes and well ventilated.
OBJECTIVES:
1. To fulfill the niversity's information needs in facilitating learning, teaching, research and consultancy.
2. To optimize usage of various information resources and facilities.
3. To reinforce users learning program towards lifelong learning.
4. Establish link with all the important centers in the field of Yoga & Allied Sciences in India and aboard.
5. Providing the latest information in the field of Yoga & Allied Science.
6. To assemble, preserve and circulate, as budget and resources permit, books and other resources necessary to provide information.
LIBRARY MISSION:
To provide excellent resources, services and facilities to support our users requirement in enhancing learning, teaching, research and consultancy activities.
