In modern medical & Yoga perspectives the role of yoga on Diabetics is playing a vital role. An Introduction subject of understanding what, how, why of diabetics management – modern perspectives, integrated approach of yoga therapy for diabetics by several eminent Doctors and Yoga Therapists. It is a common experience of human beings that their minds and bodies closely interlinked. Mental worries do lead to physiological problems and bodily discomfort does impact on the mind.
Yoga which is the World’s most ancient science is a way to super life with peace & harmony and it helps in freeing the mind from mental disturbance. Yoga and mental health are closely inter-related. Yogaasana practice gives to uproar physical & mental health by balancing the hormonal output of the brain. It keeps aware from incoming problems in body, mind and daily life. Yoga practice increases brain hormones levels and trigger for mental health, when we come to the correct meaning of mental is illness of the mind. First of all occurs the disorder in the mind, if it goes to the higher level one can become an informal mad with mental deficiency and having a mental handicap, a condition in which the intellectual capacity of a person is lowered and under developed to an extent which prevents normal function in society and having very limited intellectual functions. That is why in Yoga Science, it is stated in the form of Slokas
“Yogena Chittasya Padena .................... Patanjali pranjali ranathosmi”
and “Chittha vrutthi nirodhaha”.
The essence of these slokas says, the mental impurities go only through the practice of Yoga and mental peace and mental health can be attained only through the Yoga Sadhana.
Yoga Provides us with self-help it also gives a concrete way of balancing body and mind. Control of mind is the biggest problem that we says today, humanity has to find a way to face mental turmoil. Out of all Yoga techniques,Pranayama allows to develop a broad range of good experience, such as mental relaxation, harmony, balanced mind, that is why Yoga science on top priority says Pranayama of Yoga is bridge between body & mind to built a path for mental stamina and concentration. Asan gives physical health, meditation gives strength to soul but, Pranayama gives mental health. Pranayama keeps the brain under conscious control. Now a days many psychoitic problems are occurring lack of mental health, but the root cause for stress could be mental restlessness, emotional egoes an psychological conflicts.
The solution of these problems lies in the Integrated approach of Yoga, we must handle the problems of man holistically
