is organizing

“BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF YOGA TECHNIQUES AND TRAINING
IN NEUROPHYSIOLOGICAL TECHNIQUES RELEVANT TO YOGA RESEARCH”.

There will be interactive seminars conducted as for a workshop. Participants will get experience of tackling
important clinical neurophysiology. The course will broadly cover Basics of Research, Basics of yoga, and
Basic electrophysiological techniques and exposure to advanced neurophysiological techniques.

The workshop will also cover topics like ethical issues and funding sources. Faculty will consist of experts in
individual areas from India. Participants will be given DA and TA as per ICMR scales. Suitable accommodation
will be arranged by the organizers at the campus.
In order to facilitate interaction between faculty and participants. The total number of participants has been kept at 20.
Applications, in the form given in annexure, are invited from Graduates in all medical fields or post graduates in
clinical who are employed / studying at an institution which is interested in yoga research and has deputed them
for the training. The filled form duly forwarded by authorities should reach the Principal Investigator of the center
at the above mentioned address, 2 weeks before the date of the program.

The top of the envelope should be marked as Application For ICMR Workshop. The applications should be
forwarded both by the head of the department and head of the institution.
