1. Himalaya–a yoga Olympiad starting from May 1, 2007
This programme is essentially meant to bring together the students of Yoga from different institutions, especially the youth, under one roof & to propagate the holistic vision of yoga. Only teams are allowed to participate in this Olympiad converting competitive spirit to cooperation through team development. Yoga excellence team selection is conducted at district and state levels throughout India. 2. Yoga Therapy Camps (December 11 to 19, 2007)
This is meant for patients with different ailments. Eight tracks of yoga therapy introduce the latest updated techniques of Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy under the expert guidance of Dr R Nagarathna MD, FRCP. (5.00 am to 7.20 am; 10.30 am to 1.00 pm; 3.00 pm to 5.30 pm and 8.30 pm-10.00 pm). Venue: Arogyadhama

3. Spiritual Retreat (December 9-19)
Prof NVC Swamy, Dr R Venkatram, Dr H R Nagendra and Sri N V Raghuram will introduce the frontier areas of Science and the Wisdom of Upanisads in this retreat (5 am to 10.00 pm).
