This Division of Yoga and Management has 2 departments: Yoga and Education and Yoga in Management.
A. Department of Health Sciences
 Objectives

1. To evolve Holistic Management systems, and suitable measures of performance to develop value-based corporate sector.
2. To train managers, administrators, bureaucrats, judges, advocates et al with a holistic vision of ideal Bharata and effective executive skills.
3. To bring in the holistic vision and tools of Yoga and spiritual lore for total Personality Development in the fields of education.

Each department offers short-term courses as well as elective courses to be chosen by MSc and PhD students. There are both theory and practical courses offered as electives courses.
The Department of Yoga and Education has developed specialized yoga modules for bringing out the total personality development of students. Eyesight improvement, Voice Culture, Hearing development, Physical stamina, Memory, IQ, Creativity, and Leadership development programs have been standardized, time tested after systematic research published in leading national and international journals. The students not only learn the theory and do the practices but also learn the teaching techniques before they interact and train the students.
The Department of Management has developed a Holistic Systems Management called HOLSYM adding dimensions of Quality of Life to TQM. This Quality of Life consists of Health Management, Growth of the persons and their contributions to society. SMET (short for Self Management of Excessive Tension) is a course which forms an integral part of HOLSYM.
