INTRODUCTIONS TO YOGA AND ITS STREAMS

Chapter 1:
Karma Yoga
Effect of Karma on Character, Detached Work, Concept of Duty, Non-attachment, Ideal of Freedom.


Chapter 2:
Raja Yoga
Limbs of Yoga, Práïa, Psychic Práïa and Its Control, Pratyáhára and Dhárana, Dhyáná and Samádhi, Concentration, Powers.


Chapter 3:
Bhakti Yoga
What is Bhakti? Èùvara, Incarnations, Image Worship, Renunciation, Stages of Bhakti.


Chapter 4:
Jnána Yoga
Man’s true Nature, Máyá and illusion, Máyá and freedom, Absolute and Manifestation, Realisation, Unity in Diversity, Cosmos, Immortality, Átman.
Chapter 5: Unity in Diversity
The common goal of all yoga’s – Commonness in the Qualities of the persons practicing different yoga - Higher dimensions of growth in the 4 streams of yoga.
