OBJECTIVE
To give an intensive training for sportsmen to make them get the benefits of yoga and spiritual lore to learn the art of reducing their stresses on one hand and to develop the skills needed for enhancement of performance.

SYLLABUS

Theory :
Concept of yoga, streams of yoga, physical exercises, sports and yogasanas, concept of sports - western perspectives, effect of yoga practices on sport performance, research review, krida yoga and its findings
Practice :
SMET for stress reduction.
Specialized modules of yoga for enhancing the performance
