iv. Philosophical principles of Vedas and Upaniúads.
v. The main conclusions of the Upaniúads
vi. The lifestyle prescriptions, Techniques for personality transformations, Symptoms of growth, Hurdles & solutions, the ultimate goal—perfect health.
