Chapter 1:(10 hours)
General Introduction to Bhagavad Gčtá (B.G.). Definitions of Yoga in Bhagavad- Gčtá and their relevance & Scope.

Chapter 2:(20 hours)
Essentials of B.G from Chapters II, III, IV, V, VI, XII & XVII: The meanings of the terms Átmasvrüpa, Sthitaprajňa, Sáńkhya Yoga, Karma Yoga, Sannyása Yoga and Karma Svarüpa (Sakáma and Niúkáma) etc.

Chapter 3:(10 hours)
Essentials of B.G (Contd...): Sannyása, Dhyána , Nature of Dhyána, Preparation of Dhyána and Dhyána Yoga etc.

Chapter 4:(10 hours)
Essentials of B.G. (Contd...): Bhakti, Nature of Bhakti, Means and Goal of Bhakti-Yoga.

Chapter 5:(10 hours)
Essentials of B.G (Contd..): The Triguďas and modes of Prakřti; Three Kinds of Faith. Food for Yoga Sádhaka, Classification of food etc. The Glory of B.G.
