Chapter 1:(15 hours)
Haûha Yoga: Its Philosophy and Practices
i. Haûha Yoga, its meaning, definition, aims and objectives, in Haûha Yoga.
ii. The origin of Haûha Yoga, Important Haûha Yogic Texts. 
iii. Dos and Don’ts to be followed by the Haûha Yoga Practitioner, concept of Mata, concept of  Mitáhára , Pathya (conductive) and Apathya (non-conductive).
iv. Brief introduction to Great Haûha Yogès of Nátha School and their contributions to Yoga,
v. Relationship between Haûha Yoga and Rája Yoga.

Chapter 2:(15 hours)
Haûha Yogic Practices: Ásanas, Bandhas and Mudrás
i. Yogásana: its definition, Salient features.
ii. Ásanas in Haûha Yoga Pradèpiká and Gheraïãa Saýhitá: their techniques, benefits, precautions and importance in modern days.
iii. Bandhas and role of Bandhatrayas in Yoga Sádhaná.
iv. Fundamental Mudrás in HYP and G.S. - their techniques and benefits.

Chapter 3:(15 hours)
Haûha Yogic Practices: Úaûkriyás And Práïáyámas
i.Úaûkriyás in Haûha Yoga Pradèpiká, their techniques and precautions, role of Ùodhan-Kriyás in Yoga Sádhaná and their importance in Modern day-to-day life.
ii. Práïáyáma – Yogic deep breathing, Concept of Püraka, Kumbhaka and Räcaka.
iii. The concept of Práïa, Kinds of Práïa and Upa-práïas. Práïáyáma and its’ importance in Haûha Yoga Sádhaná.
iv. Práïáyáma practices in Haûha Yoga Pradèpiká (HYP) and Gheraïãa Saýhitá (G.S.), their techniques, benefits and precautions.

Chapter 5:(15 hours)
Haûha Yogic Practices: Pratyáhára, Nádánusandhána
i. Concept of Pratyáhára Gheraïãa Saýhitá- their techniques and benefits.
ii. Types of Dháraïás and their benefits in Gheraïãa Saýhitá.
iii. Types of Dhyánas and their benefits in Gheraïãa Saýhitá.
iv. Concept of Náda and Nádánusandhána in Haûha Yoga Pradèpiká.
